A ton of other minor improvements, optimizations and otherwise necessary adjustments

Some changes ( also not listed ones ) are so essential that after the first use you wonder how it could ever have been different, you understand what I mean when using them ๐Ÿ™‚ ... Finally, thanks again to Alex626 for his help.

HQ Targeting System
The automatic target acquisition system for the HQ with the TACGunEX has replaced the TACGun on all maps in CryServ by default, but every server operator can change this preconfiguration.

This system makes it much easier to hit the HQ ๐ŸŽฏ - Nevertheless, it is not too easy, depending on the server settings, the gun turrets defend the headquarters, if you are too far away or make too artful shots, they will certainly be repelled by them. You should also consider that the projectile has certain steering properties, if the angle is too unfavorable it is impossible for it to reach its target.

Vehicle Engine Start Button
Server operators now have the option to configure that vehicle engines for players do not start directly when boarding ( for bots they start automatically, no matter what is configured ).

Therefore here the hint that these must be started with the key you have configured for Boost, what you have set you can see in the mouse & keyboard settings. The options are labeled accordingly. You can also query the current setting of the server on SSM iTEC, nTEC and BASE servers as usual via the chat command /config.

In case anyone is wondering why this option was added, the question: Have you ever wanted to enter a vehicle quietly for tactical reasons or just lurk ๐Ÿ˜ˆ unnoticed in the driver's seat while in control of the primary weapon? That's exactly what this makes possible.

CRYSERV CLIENT  Game Client - Mandatory Update

Patch Notes ( v.2.0.1067.0 )
Fixed several "more" Flash bugs that generated errors during loading ( Credits to Alex626 )
Fixed the Assault-Scope that players can no longer see cloaked players and vehicles with it
Various other improvements and optimizations

That cloaked players as well as vehicles were visible with the Assault-Scope seemed a welcome addition at first. In the course of the game, over the last few weeks, however, it proved to be very negative, since all players only used this and the Cloak-Mode is therefore useless. To make this change uniform and thus fair for all players, a mandatory update.

Various optimizations made for a better user experience in local networks
Various other improvements and optimizations

With this update, the possibility of server-side Resource Packs has been fully integrated into the system. These can now be used both online and in local networks in the most convenient way in which they work without errors.

Regarding the automatic handling of possible restarts of the game to and from servers with "Modifying Resource Packs", a few notes: You keep full control at all times, nothing happens without you wanting it to. It can take up to five seconds for the game to restart. After the restart, the game will automatically connect to the server you selected before.

Various other improvements and optimizations

Server-Side Resource Packs
The servers now have the ability to provide additional resources to players, that can be automatically downloaded during the connection process ( players will be asked, as with additional maps, before a download ). Contents like alternative or additional Objects, Skins, Paints or Textures in general as well as Lua files are possible with it. To simplify the understanding of what is used on the server, there are the following classifications:

 ◇ Verified Additional Resources
These are reviewed by me before being made available to players and contain only additional
game files that does not originally exist in the game. For servers with such resource
packs no further handling is required.

 ◇ Verified Modifying Resources
These are reviewed by me before being made available to players and contain alternate
versions of original game files that are used temporarily for server visits. Server switching
to and from such servers requires restarting the game if the player has already visited a server
without or with a different resource pack.

 ◇ Non-Verified Modifying Resources
To give server operators the possibility to test their created resource pack's, they can link
it directly with a download link. Direct local tests are, of course, equally possible. Players will
be shown a warning before downloading such resource packs that have not been reviewed by me.
These resource packs are always handled as modifying resources regardless of their content.

I have taken care in the programming of this system that that nothing can be transferred from one server to another unintentionally and that it is as transparent as possible for players. The additional options for server-side customization are a big plus in my opinion.

A thank you for the help once again to Alex626 as well as to FAPP for the idea to implement Resource Packs in Crysis Wars as well.
